Client: Banking Client
Title: Scrum Master
Contract: 9 months
About the Role:
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team for a contingent resource assignment. In this role, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables and review and analyze challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables
- Review and analyze challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues
- Consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables
- Collaborate with client personnel Education
Qualification:
- 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following:
- work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with client personnel
- Knowledge of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
