As a Customer Service Rep, Your responsibilities will be:

• Processing service and meter applications, setting meters within CC&B and MDM, potentially answering new business hotline calls, and performing other contractor liaison-related tasks.
• (on-the-job training available) - keywords: hotline, processing, meter apps
• Answering New Business Hotline, Processing New Business Service & Meter Applications
• Setting Meters in the Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Tool

Top Skills

• 1-2 yrs applicable exp required, Hotline exp+, application processing, and scheduling meter exp
• Customer service exp, 2. Contract exp a plus, 3. Data entry exp
• High school diploma
• Basic Microsoft Office 1-2 yrs
• Punctual, good communication, data entry exp, Hotline

The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 years of experience in customer service, hotline calls and CC&B) Tool

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $20-21 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
