Please review the following job description:

Oversee the daily operations of the Enterprise Leadership Development Programs and individual tracks by supporting the recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, overall program budget and rotation management of LDP Teammates. Ensure that Enterprise Early Career Programs are optimized to enable teammates to acquire the necessary skills to develop to their fullest potential.

***Office centric role and have the ability to work in office 4 days per week***

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Oversee the delivery of a multi-faceted training program for early career talent, oversee the revising of curriculum (track and enterprise level) to help teammates build a strong foundation in banking knowledge, leadership awareness, and technical expertise. Partners with learning partners, external vendors, and leadership institute to ensure the program curriculum is executed.
2. Facilitate continuous improvement of all programs (including calendar planning, curriculum evaluation and modification, and host manager engagement/feedback.
3. Partner with Early Career Talent Manager to provide data and key statistics on Early Career Class Solicitation Process to determine short- and long-term cohort planning. Develops the annual hiring plan recommendation for Analysts and Interns for LDPs by gathering input from key business leaders. Manages the approval process with HR Leadership, LOB Partners, and Finance.
4. Serve as the primary liaison between the programs and the businesses to determine rotation and post placement opportunities for Early Career Teammates.
5. Develop and monitor the monthly and annual budget process for the programs. Provide budget and other supporting information to Talent and Operating Council Leaders on a routine basis.
6. Provide leadership to the program managers ensuring that they provide direction and the appropriate leadership and counsel to early career teammates. Coordinates the mid-year and annual review process for all analysts. Works with HR Partners to coordinate key performance management events.
7. Partner with the Director, Program Managers, Finance partners and others in the teammate post program matching process.
8. Participate in recruiting events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business related field, or equivalent education
2. 5+ Years of banking experience
3. 5 years management experience
4. Communication Skills
5. Technical knowledge of the credit field
6. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 3 years of training experience
2. Basic computer skills
