2nd Shift
Work FOUR DAYS Per Week on 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.).
- We are looking for someone who has excellent functional and technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints/plannings/sketches for material prep and paint operations.
- Experience performing material prep.
- Paint Operations using a mechanical sprayer.
- Finishing
- Simple assembly operations within paint operations.
- Familiar with basic hand and inspection tools.
- Basic math and setup skills.
- Maintain paint equipment, mix paint, paint control.
- Perform stop-off at required areas per paint schematics, apply primer, and apply top coat to parts.
- Operate a paint sprayer (this is critical).
- Maintain paint booth and environmental logs.
- Perform surface preparation of component for final inspection, including sealing of bushings, stenciling, and application of corrosion preventatives.
- Execute minor polishing on major components for final inspection.
- Ability to independently perform all paint functions.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
