Manager of Cybersecurity - Identity and Access Management

Reporting the Senior Director of Cybersecurity, the Manager of Cybersecurity - Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a dedicated and highly skilled leader responsible for overseeing the IAM team within Cybersecurity Operations. You will have experience managing identity and access programs in large, complex environments with demonstrated technical expertise and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing cybersecurity teams. Your role is crucial for ensuring secure access to systems and data, working in collaboration with Cybersecurity Operations, GRC, HR, and IT teams. Hybrid work with 3 days in the Omaha downtown office is expected (Tues, Weds & Thurs).

You Will (Responsibilities):

  • Oversee and lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.

  • Supervise, lead, and develop a team of IAM professionals that support security initiatives across all parts of the enterprise.

  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure secure access to systems and data.

  • Manage and direct IAM operations, including engineering, user provisioning, access reviews, and identity lifecycle management.

  • Collaborate with other cybersecurity teams to integrate IAM capabilities into the Cybersecurity Fusion Center.

  • Plan, set direction, and provide critical support in the strategic and tactical planning for IAM technology, including budget planning.

  • Oversee and manage processes, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and relationships with outsourced IT product/service providers.

  • Work closely with HR, IT and business units to ensure IAM solutions meet organizational needs and compliance requirements.

  • Report on IAM metrics and performance.

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Develop staff through individual development plans and establishing SMART goals.

  • Support incident response activities related to identity and access breaches; participate in enterprise security breach response activities.

You Have (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

  • Eight (8) years in an Information Security or IAM-related role.

  • Three (3) years in managing or leading IAM, or other technology, teams and programs.

  • Professional certifications are encouraged, such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.

  • Experience with IAM technologies, including identity governance, privileged access management, vendor access management, and single sign-on solutions.

  • Experience leading and developing a team to accomplish organizational goals preferred.

  • Ability to develop and execute project and resource plans.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$119,600-$174,800

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
