We are seeking a proactive and perceptive AI/ML Program Manager to support a cross-functional team delivering foundational AI/ML initiatives. This role requires a resilient and adaptable individual who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can confidently navigate ambiguity while keeping teams aligned and projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure AI/ML program objectives are delivered on time and within budget

Develop and maintain program plans, manage dependencies and timelines, and align efforts across multiple related projects

Ensure AI/ML data assets and models are organized, discoverable, and reusable across initiatives

Track program milestones, performance metrics, and proactively identify and resolve risks and roadblocks

Oversee resource allocation and utilization across the program

Maintain quality standards and ensure individual project outputs support overall program goals

Lead risk management activities related to the program

Actively participate in team scrum ceremonies and planning sessions
Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a program management role, preferably supporting technology or data-driven initiatives

Experience with JIRA is required

Familiarity with AI/ML processes is highly preferred

Experience in risk management is a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Scrum certification is a nice-to-have but not mandatory
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.80 to $52.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
