The Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager will be an experienced hands-on manager responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accompanying general ledger accounting responsibilities. Main duties include managing activities, resources, and responsibilities of A/R and A/P in conformance with established policies, practices, and procedures.
When will you work?
- This position will work a hybrid schedule in our Swedesboro, NJ office.
What you’ll do:
- Input and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, vendor/customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.
- Implement controls and procedures for accurate payables and receivables management.
- Insure the integrity and accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Reconciliation of customer and vendor aging reports and coordinate audit requests.
- Prepare vendor credit applications.
- Oversee month-end closing activities and reporting for A/R and A/P.
- Prepare weekly payment schedules and cash flow requirements.
- Other duties may be assigned when needed.

What you’ve done:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
- 5 years of hands-on accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience, manufacturing a plus
- Previous leadership experience is required
- Experience with MAS 500 and Coupa software a plus
