The Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in equipping our Enterprise Partnerships teams with the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to effectively position and promote our education solutions. This role involves creating comprehensive training programs, monitoring performance metrics, and developing detailed documentation to support ongoing success. You will work closely with leadership to craft a strategic plan and roadmap for continuous improvement, ensuring our teams are well-prepared to meet and exceed their goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enablement Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver engaging enablement programs tailored to the needs of Sales and Student Success teams, focusing on effective positioning and promotion of our education solutions.
  • Enablement Materials Management: Create and maintain up-to-date enablement materials, including presentations, videos, and playbooks.
  • Performance Metrics: Implement mechanisms to track and assess the effectiveness of enablement programs on performance expectations.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine a strategic plan for sales and student success, focusing on long-term goals and continuous improvement.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the creation of a roadmap that supports team growth and effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations and Sales teams to stay informed about new product features, market dynamics, and customer needs.

  • Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Enablement Programs: Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering effective enablement programs that meet the organization's current and future skill demands.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, essential for creating training materials, delivering presentations, and interacting with team members and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Skill in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and develop practical solutions to address them.

Work Experience:

3+ years relevant experience in enablement, training, talent development, organization change, and performance improvement.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

Other:

  • Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro. In accordance with ADA policies, reasonable accommodations regarding travel limitations can be provided. Travel will be more common for roles such as Account Executives (25 - 50%), senior leaders (10 – 20%) or Capella Core Faculty (5 – 10%).
  • Ability to work onsite in Corporate or Campus location (in a typical office environment) may be required based on role. If so, this would include being mobile within the office, including movement from floor-to-floor using elevators or stairs.
  • If offsite or hybrid role, must have access to work in setting which enables meeting all requirements of the role (including privacy, reliable internet access, phone, ability to video conference, etc.) at a remote location.
  • Faculty and Federal Work Study roles require access to work in setting which enables meeting all requirements of the role (including computer, privacy, reliable internet access, phone, ability to video conference, etc.) at a remote location.
  • This role may require lifting, however reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with our ADA policies.
  • Must be able to meet critical thinking and problem solving aspects aligned to job duties, as well as effectively communicating with co-workers.
  • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant. Accommodations related to schedule may be considered.
  • Able to access information using a computer.
  • Other essential functions and marginal job functions are subject to modification.

$54,500.00 - $81,900.00 - Salary
