Learning Technology Specialist

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Learning Technology Specialist for our MindWise program!
As the Learning Technology Specialist, you will cover the day-to-day operations of MindWise’s various tech platforms. You will work directly with clients as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues experienced by learners and escalating them when necessary. You will also work extensively in our learning management system (LMS) DigitalChalk and will serve as the primary tech support for MindWise webinars and events. You will also help maintain data integrity in our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Salesforce and HubSpot.Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
Salary Range: $57,000 - $63,000

Required Skills
- Comfort working in primarily digital spaces and exploring/adopting new technologies and digital tools as needed.
- Customer service or support experience preferred.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex and/or technological information, and effectively communicate the relevance of that information to employee groups, management, and outside organizations.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints when required.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years related experience required, including experience with several of the following tech platforms preferred: educational technologies, content development applications, content management systems, learning management systems, or customer relationship management systems.
