Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for completing cycle counts, random audits and reconciliations

* Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner

* Research and reconcile product discrepancies/variances of over/under amounts and damaged product

* Conduct searches in order to locate misclassified inventory

* Escalates issues timely and directly to supervisor

* Completes all other duties as assigned by Supervisor

* Have the ability to operate the following pieces of equipment

* Reach Truck Operator

* Double Pallet Jack

* Cherry Picker

* Physical Demands

* Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and arms to reach

* Regularly lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

Qualifications:

* 2 years of general office experience required

* 1 year of customer service experience required

* No prior general warehouse experience required, but strongly preferred.

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required

* Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required

* Flexible to work overtime preferred

* Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required

* AS400 experience preferred

* Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

* Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
