The Executive Assistant is a firm and client facing position with a solid line to SVP- Sales, located in Austin, TX and regional lead located in Boston, MA. This position will require interaction with internal leadership teams across the NFP Retirement team, shared service teams, NFP firms, external partners, and clients on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership, clients and internal team members across NFP. The candidate will work with both managers to execute key initiatives within NFP’s Retirement business to enhance operations and strengthen firm relationships
What Successful Candidate Will Do:
- Manage scheduling for a faced past sales professional and regional lead
- Draft, review and send communications
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the producer and regional lead
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents
- Update sales pipeline and center of influence pipeline
- Coordinate activity and sales numbers across NFP Retirement sales reps
What Successful Candidate Will Learn to Do:
- Collaborate and partner closely team members and marketing teams to develop materials to advance sales and further the integrated selling initiative.
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of industry trends, company products and platform offerings.
- Continually foster team culture with and between business functions and departments.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and deadline oriented
- Self-sufficient and desire to learn
- Capacity to respond appropriately to clients and escalate issues to management if necessary
- Ability to apply problem-solving skills to complete tasks

- Ability to work in a faced past environment
Preferred Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Salesforce
- Previous executive assistant experience is preferred

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $95,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
