Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Electronics Assembler

Position type: Full-time, Contract potential to covert
Duration: 12 months
Location: McKinney, TX

As an Electronics Assembler, you will:
Shift: 3rd
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10PM to 6:30AM

The successful candidate will be part of a manufacturing assembly team that is involved with microelectronic components. Duties can include manual assembly tasks, solder, operating semi and automated processing equipment, operating ovens, using a microscope to perform and inspect work, sitting and standing for prolonged period, following detailed written work instructions from a computer, using our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconformances in FOS, and performing rework.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Education Level Required: HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Years of Experience Required (if any): minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• The candidate must have basic computer and math skills.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret written work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and to perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
• Microelectronic assembly and rework experience. Hand solder experience with microelectronics.
• Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $21- $23.66 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
