As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Providing quality customer service and support to customers daily, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
• Providing product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
• Responding to customer inquiries. Investigating and correcting errors in customer accounts and statements.
• Maintaining correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
• Entering information a computerized database.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Customer service experience -required.
• Finance/Business industry experience is preferred

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
