Director of Paid Marketing
Position Overview
Our media and lifestyle client is looking for a full time, direct hire Director of Paid Marketing to join their team.
This opportunity will be fully onsite at a solar-powered campus with outdoor hiking trails, an onsite cafe, Olympic-sized gym, onsite yoga and more in Louisville, CO. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media channels, campaign management, and analytics, with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives new member acquisition across various paid media platforms (paid social, paid search, programmatic video, and other emerging areas)
- Partners with the creative services team to assemble and organize a portfolio of content for each target audience, and creation of enterprise go-to-market assets and webpages
- Drives audience growth, acquisition, retention, awareness, affinity for the brand, commerce opportunities, product launches, tent pole events, content, app downloads, and usage through social and digital marketing across owned and 3rd party media outlets
- Owns aspects of the consumer journey collaborating with email and merchandising teams to generate leads and conversions, and to retain existing members by serving optimal creative to data-significant segments
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing and optimizing direct response paid media campaigns
- Experience managing $1M +/month spend a MUST
- Experience working with Word Press, Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and various demand-side platforms (DSPs), email service providers (ESPs), data analytics platforms
- Experience with D2C subscription and/or streaming services (SVOD)
- Ability to develop an SEO strategy, break down to achievable tasks/projects, set goals, regularly measure progress against goals, and reprioritize as needed
- Experience analyzing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data
- An interest in the metaphysical, spiritual growth, mindfulness, the unexplained and more a MUST!.
