




Sr Producer
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Producer to lead and manage multiple video game production projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of game production. This is a 6-month, 40 hours per week contract role. Eligible candidates must be able to work onsite Tues-Thurs in Santa Monica.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-level campaign planning and drive projects forward in collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Prioritize and manage multiple deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality execution aligned with business goals
- Route creative materials for review, track approvals, and ensure all assets meet brand, legal, and technical standards
- Identify and resolve potential risks, adjust timelines, and maintain workflow efficiency across projects
- Mentor junior producers, build strong relationships with partners, and represent the team in key meetings and discussions
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in production, project management, or operations ideally within marketing, advertising, or creative environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume assets and tight deadlines.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects, shifting priorities, and working under pressure
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and navigating complex approval processes.
- Working knowledge of video game production pipelines.
- Experience leading projects that span multiple platforms or global markets.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
