Position Details:

Client: Fortune 500 (Banking / Financial Giant)

Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Duration: 06 months

Location: San Antonio, TX 78251(Onsite)

Shift: Mon-Fri (07:00 AM to 05:00 PM Flexible)

Pay range: $20-21/Hr.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to internal and external customers in account management, operations, documentation, and technical support.
  • Review basic or tactical customer issues regarding products and services, billing, account questions, or account transactions with narrower impact.
  • Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the related policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
  • Act as a primary support person for the customer and internal partners supporting customer services. Provide information to managers as well as internal and external customers to resolve customer issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience preferred ; 2 years minimum
  • Aid in Remediation Process: comfortable supporting claims, interacting with research group. Good critical thinking skills and ability to work on tasks that are time sensitive. Experience working on production pipeline.
  • Aid in Payment Processing: backend of claims, detail oriented with research and data knowledge. Experience working with various tax documents (W9, Bankruptcy, 1099)
  • Looking for two of these candidates to be Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
