Job Title: HR Retirement Specialist
Location: Foster City, CA 94404/ Austin, TX 78749 (Hybrid model)
Duration: 5+ months (Possible extension)
Pay Range: $40-45/hr
Responsibilities include:- Working on special retirement projects such as a data clean-up project
- Researching and reconciling Collecting documentation
- Preparing, and fulfilling retirement calculation requests
- Analyzing retirement plan data from vendor and internal reporting team
- Supporting annual audit and government compliance requirements (Forms 5500s, AFN distribution)
- Drafting communications, education, and retirement plan web content
- 5-7+ years of experience in pension, 401k or payroll management
- In-depth knowledge of retirement plan design, administration, and compliance
- BA/BS degree, equivalent preferred
- Payroll and/or third party administration background
- Strong analytic and risk analysis skills
- Must be proficient with Word, Excel, experience W-day a plus
- Prefer advanced project management skills and/or presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA law a plus
