The Management Division is currently accepting applications on a rolling basis for adjunct faculty to teach strategy in our undergraduate and graduate programs.
The most pressing needs are for faculty who can teach the core undergraduate strategy courses or the undergraduate management consulting elective. Strategy and consulting is the third largest concentration at Babson and we are seeking a faculty member with a management consulting background to teach this signature course. The undergraduate core strategy course is a unique approach to teaching strategy as it bridges strategic frameworks, core concepts, and current business challenges using a unique issue-based problem solving approach.
Babson College delivers courses in many different teaching formats, including traditional semester schedules, half semester schedules, day and evening classes, in-person, and on-line instruction. We offer programs in fall, spring, and summer. Adjunct faculty have the opportunity to take advantage of teaching development through our Center for Engaged Teaching and Learning (CELT) and obtain coaching and support from colleagues.
Candidate Success Factors:
We seek faculty who are aligned with our values of teaching excellence, collaboration, diversity and inclusiveness, and those who embrace our mission to educate entrepreneurial leaders who create great economic and social value everywhere. The ideal candidate:
