We're hiring content engineering specialists to help improve LLM quality for Advertiser AI agents and performance-based tools. The vision is to support advertisers with things like issue debugging, setup assistance, suggestions for ad creative and opportunities to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Write, edit and review prompts and eval sets, create judges, fine-tune responses in partnership with Engineers
- Perform analysis, identify inefficiencies and create taxonomies to better organize information
- Apply guidelines, create templates, processes and resources to review content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with our content and product teams to work through ambiguity and adapt processes and approaches to improve response quality
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience with journalism, digital content strategy, production or relevant skills
- Prior experience in AI prompt engineering, annotation and conversation design
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and impeccable track record of editorial judgment to quality control large datasets of text
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written-including editorial experience with educational or technical long-form content
- Proficiency in spreadsheet apps (e.g. Google Sheets, MS Excel) and/or other data analytics tools
- Ability to perform and provide basic data analysis, visualization and content recommendations
Ideal Candidate:
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising concepts
- Experience with LLM writing
- Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in journalism, communications, English, technical writing or equivalent experience required
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.91 to $51.02 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
