Job Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is good at triage/support. The team spends most of their time doing support work such as server maintenance and upgrades, RPA Upgrades, and Business Automation.
We are looking for someone with experience in :
- Experience with
- ADO pipelines
- system alerting and monitoring
- support minded
- platform best practices
- software and systems engineering
- Agile/Scrum
- Desired experience working with IBM BAW or BluePrism RPA or Microsoft Power Apps
- CHEF/Infrastructure as Code
- Server/Networking configuration experience
