As a Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for optimizing and streamlining workflows. Leveraging your expertise in workflow management, you will identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication between different departments.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on streamlining processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday - Friday
- Lead, coach, train, and mentor Test Technicians
- Participate or lead in Test Technician interviews, tier meetings, Kaizen events, tours
- Provide daily reports on delivery and inventory performance
- Perform Automated System Level Testing by following detailed written procedures and on the job experience on multiple segments.
- Document system level Events and failures accurately in the data book and e-factory.
- Perform and complete varied tasks through the use of knowledge-based experience, adhering to work instructions and applying Honeywell policies and procedures
- Ability to work across and test multiple products. Able to prioritize varying product, skilled in multi-tasking & able to give work direction
- Ability to distinguish between system, station and software events/issues and lead root cause identification and correction.
- Interacts with & directs other Test Team members and Engineering Support.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in workflow management or related field
- 5 years of electronic testing experience

- Associates Degree in Electronics preferred
- Military and/or Manufacturing repair /Systems test experience preferred
