Our client in Downers Grove, in the premier luxury travel space is seeking a Website Content Entry Specialist to join their team for a 2 week freelance basis that could extend.
This role will be hybrid; 4 days a week onsite in Downers Grove; Fridays remote.
Website Content Entry Specialist Capabilities:
- 2+ years experience with proficiency in website content loading including copy and images using various website content management systems.
- Experience with CMS including loading copy and images
- File management ability to work structured file organization system for uploading content and images
- Excel ability to organize content, track completion, log errors, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high volume.
Website Content Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
-Will be assisting in content loading and QC to support the launch of our clients new global website
-Will be uploading content and photos to the content management system for the website; verifying content and photos have been accurately uploaded, documenting and fixing errors.
- End Deliverables: Accurate content and photos upload as assigned and Quality Assurance (QA) completed. Record content QCd, log and correct errors
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
