Marketing Graphic Designer
Position Overview

This is a unique role that's hands on. The ideal candidate will be more on the junior end, open to learning and growing with the company and able to juggle multiple duties.
MUST HAVES:
- Email samples in portfolio
- Knowledge of Photoshop & InDesign
- Background coming from a "people centered" or B2C industry
- Project management experience
- Ability to write copy is a plus (hooks, ads etc.)
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented mid-level Graphic Designer to support our wide-array of both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for independently researching, writing, designing and producing professional content for mostly email campaigns, but not limited to social media, print collateral and any other visual communication platforms. The Graphic Designer will update existing material, generate new creative, and identify innovative channels to reach consumers as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching email marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud suite to produce designs that meet project specifications
- Ensure all designs align with B2B and B2C consumer engagement strategies
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, and Dreamweaver
- Ability to create compelling content that engages consumers
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of HTML
This is a fulltime, hybrid job (3 days onsite, 2 days wfh)
