Our client is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join their team!
This is a 40 hours/week role that requires to be on site Tues-Thurs.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Expert using MS Office Suite, including Outlook and MS Teams
- Excellent communication skills
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Review details of project deliverables and ensure all tasks/deadlines are met according to set timelines
- Assist team with planning and forecasting by analyzing current resources, timelines, and challenges
- Assess and adjust timelines as needed and ensure all changes are communicated and managed
- Organize and facilitate daily and weekly meetings to review project updates, discuss progress, and address any issues with the team
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects/asks in a deadline driven environment
NICE TO HAVE:
- Asana experience
- WorkFront and ProofHQ
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
