Contract Duration: Until end of 2025 (with possibility for extension or conversion)
Location: Remote (must be available 7-3/8-4 PST)
Travel: Quarterly travel (one week at a time)
Team Size: 12 people
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team and develop processes for a Microsoft component. This role involves extensive work with Microsoft products. The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional who can quickly adapt and work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document processes for Microsoft SCCM, SCSM, SCVMM, SCO, and Hyper-V
- Collaborate with a small team (6 people or less) to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Utilize extensive Microsoft product knowledge to create detailed and user-friendly documentation.
- Participate in quarterly travel for team meetings and project updates.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft products, particularly the five specified applications.
- Senior-level expertise, capable of working independently and efficiently.
- Strong process-driven approach to documentation.
- NERC certification is a plus but not required.
- Interviews will be conducted the week of September 2nd.
- Open to candidates from various locations, provided they can work within the specified time zone.
