Duties/Responsibilities: An
incumbent in this position will be responsible for: - Developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives

- Leading and facilitating the development of training, coaching, and career development tools and initiatives
- Manage competency models, competency development, career mapping, and assessments
- Lead, implement and consult on workforce and employee engagement surveys, and program evaluation
- Leading and/ or participating in projects and programs related to organizational design and development, human capital systems design and consulting, occupational/job analysis,
- Supporting HR related strategic initiatives, programs, and projects
Summary
of Duties:
- Assists in managing the progress and execution of HR Strategic activities. Leads completion of strategic projects, initiatives, and programs as assigned, including assisting the senior HR leadership team with implementing all programs related to organization design, development, and measurement.
- Assists with reassessments of the HR Strategic Plan and related initiatives to ensure relevance.
- Provides advice and counsel to customers and key stakeholders on internal HR issues.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches for completing scope of work.
- Develop and implement talent strategies that align with the organization's strategic and operational goals and objectives
Identify talent trends to inform creative strategies that support growth and internal mobility of staff.
- Provide coaching and career planning and targeted development opportunities to support talent building initiatives.
- Partner with HR leaders to design and implement employee engagement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and commitment
- Conduct employee surveys and other feedback mechanisms to gather input and track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
- Develops HR employee engagement strategies and approaches and partners and coordinates/ partner on implementation across CAO HR.
- Designs, develops, and facilitates training to reinforce strategic priorities, organizational capabilities, and values.
- Gather and assess needs to identify and prioritize organizational development projects and programs.
- Work collaboratively with business unit leaders and HR subject matter experts to drive employee experience of and engagement with relevant information and programming.
- Maintains accurate and comprehensive information and records; ensures compliance with applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Creates, develops, and implements processes to measure employee satisfaction and engagement levels as required on an on-going basis.
- Evaluates and quantifies the effectiveness of strategic programs and projects through relevant metrics and assessments.
- Performs other official duties and special projects assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, industrial and organizational development/psychology, or a related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in the Human Resources field, with demonstrated expertise in one or more areas including organizational design and development, human capital systems design and consulting, occupational/job analysis, organizational assessments, competency development and career mapping, workforce surveys, and program evaluation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic consulting role
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive project management experience preferred.
