Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the advanced IT infrastructure operations and maintenance (Domain/Active Directory, Security, IP Routing, DMZ, VPN, Email Routing, Wi-Fi, etc)
- Knowledge, implementation and management of Firewalls; Endpoint Protection, Detection and Response; Data Loss Prevention; Encryption; SIEM and similar security management tools and appliances
- Design, setup, configure and maintain complex networking and multi-server environments that support secure access, telecommunications, video and backup solutions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of LAN/WAN topologies and communication (TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast) as well as perform diagnostic formulation via Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) Model
- Configuring, installing and maintaining virtual management systems
- Maintaining network operations, software applications and operating systems to address IAVAs and other security bulletins
- Configure and deploy baseline system images for Linux, Apple and/or Windows computing assets for use within corporate networks utilized in both a client and server environment
- Providing technical support across the company
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to maintain consistent and automated management of various Linux system types such as Ansible playbooks and pertinent markup languages such as YAML
- Operating containerization and management platforms responsible for hosting and configuring these systems such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
- Administering system monitoring tools for collecting metrics as well as creating and developing dashboards to display metrics in an easily understandable format
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or other technical field or three years experience in IT operations and maintenance
- Familiarity with one or more of the following is a plus: C/C++, XML, Java, JavaScipt, PHP, Perl, Apache, Tomcat
- Knowledge of VoIP operations a plus
- Knowledge of security risk management, tools, methodologies and implementation to comply with NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, RMF and ISO standards a plus

Salary Range: $79,000 USD to $141,000 USD. Salary is based on current qualifications, related experience, and contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.
