Assists with employee recruitment, scheduling, screening, and training.Job DutiesCoordinates daily functioning of all areas including any Kiosks that maybe onsite at other hospital locations to ensure availability and freshness of product as well as compliance to all regulatory requirements.Monitors all required quality control measures (refrigeration/freezer/internal cooking temp logs, sanitizer logs, proper labeling and dating compliance, recipe compliance, portion controls, food safety standards, etc.), compliance and documentation on a daily basis.
