Primary Purpose
Directly leads the US governance model (including all US leadership team connections) and global governance needs for the US (e.g., content, meeting cadence, facilitation, action items, guest presenters, etc.). Provides strategic support for executive teams to bring strategic US narrative to life including content creation, facilitation, logistics, etc. for activities where ADUSA is represented (in partnership with Communications).
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinates US level processes relating to corporate governance for the Global Support Office and US Leadership Team (dashboards, requests, etc.), including defining new metrics and partnering with other stakeholders as needed.
* Oversees US-level governance in support of the USLT and CEO (i.e., content, meeting cadence, facilitation, action items, guest presenters, etc.).
* Owns the planning and execution of investor day, US town halls, and other large-scale events in partnership with other key stakeholders for the US.
* Leads the preparation of US materials for Executive Committee, Management Board, and Supervisory Board, partnering with others as needed (e.g., US Strategy Lead).
* Partner with Global & US Communications on the governance of participation and attendance of large US industry events (e.g., NRF, ShopTalk, etc.).
* Oversees global and US strategic governance processes (e.g., Supports the earnings release process as the central point for the US data collection and runs US process).
* Oversees the US strategy community forum and creates connections across US and global teams.
* Special projects at the request of the CEO.
* Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in governance, strategic planning or related field.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans that deliver business results.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
* Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
* Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
* MBA preferred.
