Job Title: Sr. Enterprise Analyst - Desktop Infrastructure
Location: Ybor City, FL ***5 days a week on-site for first 90 days. Then will move to hybrid 3 days onsite.

About Us: Seeking a highly skilled Sr. Enterprise Analyst to lead the transformation and modernization of our desktop infrastructure. This role will oversee the corporate-wide desktop technology domain, ensuring seamless management, modernization, and strategic evolution of desktop systems across the enterprise.
Position Concept: The Sr. Enterprise Analyst will recommend, implement, and support desktop infrastructure and related systems across the company. This role involves delivering IT solutions that support business processes, creating change aligned with strategic technology goals, and ensuring uninterrupted service of existing systems. The position will not have direct reports but will lead initiatives and projects to advance the enterprise desktop environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Enterprise Desktop Management: Maintain and administer existing Enterprise Desktop Technology Domain (EDTD) hardware and software across the enterprise.
* Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects to implement and enhance EDTD technologies, including the migration to Windows 11 and the modernization of desktop management.
* Technical Support: Provide 3rd tier support for issues escalated from Service Desk and Field teams, ensuring timely resolution and system stability.
* Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute strategies for virtual desktops using on-prem VMWare and modernize desktop management using Intune, while maintaining SCCM for legacy requirements.
* Automation and Modernization: Implement automation solutions and drive the completion of key application projects, such as eliminating local admin rights and managing 3rd party application patching.
* Consultation and Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical assistance and mentoring to IT staff and technology users.
* Evaluation and Recommendations: Evaluate new or improved methods, tools, or systems for EDTD, integrating future technology solutions as needed.
* Process Analysis: Actively steer business unit process analysis and technology decisions, offering consultation on enterprise desktop applications and technology.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
Related Experience:
* Required: Minimum of 10 years of technical experience in supporting or administering desktop technologies (e.g., Microsoft Windows, MSOffice, Active Directory) in a medium-sized corporate environment. A college degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
Certifications:
* Enterprise-level certifications such as Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft End-Point Manager Administrator, Microsoft Orchestrator, or Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Administrator may be considered in lieu of experience or educational requirements.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA):
* SCCM/MECM: Expertise in System Center Configuration Manager or other Windows imaging and software deployment technologies.
* 3rd Level IT Support: Proficiency in 3rd tier IT escalation support, including networking, group policy, and security.
* Workstation Administration: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and BeyondTrust Power Broker.
* Microsoft Desktop Products: Proficiency in Windows 10 and higher, MSOffice, MSProject.
* Software Package Development: Knowledge of software package development tools like AdminStudio and Orca.
* PowerShell: Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
* Apple Desktop Technology: Familiarity with Apple products (OS X, iOS) and JAMF Casper Suite or other Apple imaging and software deployment technologies.
* Mobile Computing: Experience with mobile computing technologies and Microsoft Direct Access.
* Service Management: Understanding of service management infrastructure components.
* Inventory/CMDB Management: Experience with SQL, PC lifecycle management, and inventory management.
Relationships:
* Key Internal: Interaction with all levels of employees across the enterprise and high interaction with IT departments.
* Key External: Engagement with outside consulting firms, software and hardware vendors, and technical personnel from other organizations.
