As a Senior Contracts Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and negotiating contracts for the global Integrated Supply Chain organization within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business. Your expertise in contract negotiation and administration and risk management will be instrumental in driving our success. You will report directly to the General Counsel for ISC and Procurement for ESS and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will support our integrated supply chain and procurement organization by leading contract negotiations, supporting recovery of supplier claims, and training the organization on risks and key aspects of supplier contracting at ESS.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5 + years of experience in corporate contract negotiation, including drafting & negotiations

WE VALUE

• Four year college degree with 5 + years of relevant experience
• Masters degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Juris Doctorate degree preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Supply chain or procurement experience
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
• Absolute adherence to principles of integrity and compliance
• Experience in managing complex contracts in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Focus on continuous improvement to customer service
