Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement database solutions using SQL and various database technologies.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Monitor and maintain database performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with application developers to integrate database solutions with software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.
- Perform data migration and conversion tasks as needed.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
- Create and maintain documentation regarding database architecture and processes.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SQL Developer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in SQL and MySQL.
- Experience with SQL Server, MSSQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and T-SQL is a plus.
- Ability to work with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
