Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Create and optimize data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including SQL databases, cloud services, and APIs.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously improve reporting solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer and Modeler.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Experience with SQL and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Juno Beach, FL, 5 days a week.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
