Pay Range: $60/hr – $68/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that resonate with a diverse global audience, aligning with the game’s brand and voice.
  • Establish channel priorities, define goals, and track performance metrics.
  • Create engaging social media campaigns in partnership with marketing, PR, and game development teams.
  • Lead content ideation brainstorms and generate compelling social content daily.
  • Curate user-generated content and identify potential influencers and creators.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the creative team for social media assets.
  • Manage daily operations of social media channels, including community engagement, content scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor social sentiment and address community feedback.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, planning, and implementation.
  • Experience managing high-volume social media channels for well-known video game publishers or related organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of community engagement and audience strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt to different brand voices.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity suite tool and social media analytics tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the game.
  • Experience with Sprinklr and native social media analytics platforms.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60/hr – $68/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
