and Receiving Specialist Level 2
As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play
a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of goods within
our supply chain and distribution network. You will be responsible for managing
logistics operations, coordinating transportation methods, optimizing shipping
processes, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your work will directly
impact the seamless flow of materials and products, meeting customer
expectations, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate
delivery of goods
- Coordinate transportation methods and negotiate contracts with carriers to
secure favorable terms and conditions
- Optimize shipping processes to minimize lead times and reduce transportation
costs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to
ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and
on-time deliveries
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize logistics operations and adapt
to market demands

YOU
MUST HAVE
* 2+ years of experience in shipping
and receiving or related roles
