Job Description:  This position will serve as the QED SharePoint Administrator for a U.S. Navy contract.  The QED SharePoint Administrator will provide support for project control, knowledge management, SharePoint document control, and SharePoint administration and development. The QED SharePoint Administrator will include providing management of project pages, menu titles, drop-down menus, etc; progress tracking; content manager; daily maintenance; code maintenance used in Web Parts written in JavaScript and HTML; creation and maintenance of Nintex workflows; and closely collaborate with stakeholders on website content. This position supports both a CLASSIFIED and UNCLASSIFIED NNPI SharePoint portals. 

Job Requirements/skill sets:  

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with SharePoint, Nintex Workflows, HTML code and JavaScript.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience providing planning, designing, configuring, testing and implementation of SharePoint solutions.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience creating SharePoint user accounts, managing permission levels, and troubleshooting all access issues.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a SharePoint Web content manager whom has developed custom applications and processes to improve the content and organization of a SharePoint Portal to include the protection of NNPI information as well as DoD classified information.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience developing and managing a SharePoint Portal that has a direct connection to the DoD Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet).

Security Clearance/Naval Facility Access:  U.S. citizenship required and a SECRET Clearance required. Must be able to access military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
