Job Description:
This role will work alongside staff from Student Financial Services to build out the financial aid and billing modules in Workday Student. The incumbent will provide technical knowledge to lead with configuration requirements, as well as validate the testing strategy participate in regular working and core meetings, monitor issues and their resolutions for SFS, and assist with developing and documenting standard operating procedures to maintain the system post-deployment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides technical knowledge and institutional insight to lead configuration requirements. Primary responsibilities include:
Responsible for ensuring Workstream deliverables are achieved including the gathering of requirements, issue resolution, testing, and operational readiness
Coordinating workstream’s activities across all learning environments
Validate the testing strategy
Participate in business process and configuration design sessions
Participate in regular working and core meetings
Attend regular cross-functional leads meetings
Monitor issues and their resolution for Student Financial Services using identified tools within the workstream.
Track development, testing and deployment
Assist with the development, as needed
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in a complex financial aid office, experience with Student Accounts is preferred. Deep understanding of federal and state financial aid regulations, as well as institutional aid. Knowledge of, and experience with, Student Financial Services operations. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Prior experience with Workday Student implementations required.

Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This role is largely remote, although there may be times when the incumbent will need to come to the office on an ad-hoc basis. The position requires working at a computer to do all functions.
