Job Description Summary
-To enhance the value of Novartis' drug portfolio and out-licensing opportunities via leading and developing external alliance agreements and assisting in closing business deals and contributing in decision making. Value creation by seeking, structuring, negotiating and managing collaborative arrangements with partner companies. Responsible for providing financial and strategic insights, and contributing to long term forecasting and strategic planning.
Job Description
Responsibilities;
* Act as a business partner for Sales and Marketing Teams
* Design standardized SFE systems, analytics and dashboards
* Design and execute the sales incentive plan
* Support the design of the field force structure and territories
* Maintain and adapt the segmentation and targeting model to current business needs
* Support the definition of KPIs including sales results, field activities and multi-channel engagement activities
* Provide regional sales reports for first line managers and sales representatives
* Provide ad-hoc analysis to sales and marketing team based on regional sales and activity
* Responsible for the local support/ implementation of all sales Tools (CRM, others)
* Training and coaching of Field Force in the respective field of expertise
Min Requirements;
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields(MIS,Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics or Business Administration)
* Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing or Salesforce Effectiveness in pharmaceuticals industry,
* An in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in Excel, Powerpoint
* A high potential with proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking and strong perceptive skills,
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills coupled with a proactive and can-do attitude,
* Self-starting attitude and strong desire to take on increased levels of responsibility,
* Very good command of English,
