As a critical resource for the Sandoz serialization program, you will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, testing, and supporting the operations team and customers on all things related to serialization. You will be working directly with the operational teams to not only be a front-line resource for issue resolution but also one of the subject matter experts for the team when it comes to the systems utilized internally, through third parties or via our suppliers and customers.

Major accountabilities:

Your additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Partnering daily with the SC Operations teams to help troubleshoot system issues related to serialization data, EPCIS messages, data failures, supplier related issues or customers inquiries.
  • Working with the Global Systems and Serializations team as new systems are designed to ensure US requirements are met.
  • As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) you would be responsible to train SC team members on the use of the relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business and how the systems support operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deploy ad-hoc reports for users, as requested.
  • Support continuous improvement projects.
  • Support connections between Sandoz and either suppliers or customers to ensure seamless operations.

The preferred location for this position is Mechanicsburg, PA. Consideration will be given for our Princeton, NJ location or a remote set-up within a reasonable travel distance to the Mechanicsburg, PA with the expectation that the associate will be onsite as business needs require. The expectation of working hours and travel will be defined by the hiring manager.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $80.000 and $120,000/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a STEM field of study is preferred

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant business experience, including experience with the movement of product and management of data related to supply chain in the pharmaceutical or generics industry is required
  • Serialization and Supply Chain experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required
  • ERP experience required with a preference for SAP experience
  • Experience in the generics industry is preferred
