Skills and Competencies
* 6+ years digital agency, production company or corporate in-house B2B/B2C experience producing high-impact video and podcast content.
* All-round experience across the pre-production, production and post-production process from scriptwriting to casting, color grading to audio recording and everything in between.
* Expert Adobe Premiere editor with a great showreel, and a confident Adobe After Effects, Audition, Lumetri Color and Media Encoder user across video and podcast workflows (Windows or Mac environment).
* Expert camera operating ability, with studio, internal, external and on-location experience.
* Experience with audio and video hardware and studio setups, including microphones, cameras, lighting, monitoring, sound dampening, and talent preparation.
* Track record of originating creative content approaches across a range of video and podcast styles.
* Experience shooting content for social-first campaigns.
* Familiarity with latest GenAI production tools and advancements.
Education
Associates, Bachelor's, or equivalent degree in digital media / marketing, visual communications, or related area.

Responsibilities
Moody's is seeking an experienced video and podcast producer to join a growing team, contribute to award-winning content and support the evolving brand and content strategy of the company. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for creating high-end digital content and demonstrate an impressive and varied portfolio of video and audio production projects.
* Provide strong technical camera, lighting and audio recording skills on-site at Moody's New York headquarters.
* Deliver polished, high-impact, brand-aligned video and audio edits using Adobe Premiere, Audition, After Effects and other software, providing pre-production input and support
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and support strategic project goals, working with the Video & Podcasts as well as design team to turn briefs into creative concepts that bring ideas to life.
* Develop video and podcast concepts that use the power of storytelling and creativity to move, inspire and inform and be able to articulate - both in writing and verbally - why your idea or approach will work.
* Manage executive interview video production in collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
* Manage relationships with external agencies ensuring delivery according to agreed timelines, budget and creative goals.
* Commit to supporting a workplace of diversity, equality and inclusion.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $92,700 - $134,400, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
