Our client is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their team in Cincinnati, OH
Location: Mason, OH (2-3 days hybrid)
Type: FTE - direct hire
Pay: $85K - $120K

What You Will Be Doing
As a Full Stack UX/UI Designer, you will:
- Own the end-to-end research and design process for digital sign-in and concierge experiences.
- Conduct research and analysis to become an expert in the relevant domain and customer segment.
- Document and champion the end user, ensuring project priorities align with their needs.
- Take full ownership of product specifications, information architecture, user flows, and user experience.
- Validate and iterate design and usability hypotheses through rapid UX prototypes and testing on UserTesting.com.
- Deliver UI visual designs, transitions, and animations to a best-in-class standard, in harmony with the brand.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support development, review builds, and ensure the final product meets design expectations.
- Minimum 8 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Proven experience in designing high-quality web/mobile products, portals, or websites.
- Experience in improving business metrics through user-centric product design.
- Expert-level Figma skills.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- B2B/B2B2C background.
- Cross-platform design experience (Native iOS, Android, Web apps).
- Payments/financial product background.
- Education in Product/UX/UI/Industrial design.
- Experience evangelizing and instilling UX thinking within a large organization.
- Design system experience.
- Interest and understanding of human psychology.
- Knowledge and appreciation of existing and emerging technologies.
