Job Summary
Responsible for contributing to the overall strategy, creative development and implementation of sales & marketing resources with a concentration on the State, Local & Education verticals. Guides conceptual development of campaigns and initiatives. Collaborates with key stakeholders across Headquarters, Division, & Regions to create account specific marketing campaigns, event resources and materials to market new product launches and to assist in targeting key accounts within specific verticals. May work with or oversee outside resources such as publishers or agencies. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Core Responsibilities
- Works with internal resources and agencies to create lead generation tactics and customized campaigns to include social media, thought leadership content, email newsletters, brochures, .com content, sales letters, flyers and other projects for specific vertical.
- Works with Division/Region sales leaders to determine target accounts for marketing campaigns.
- Works with agencies, organization partnerships and ecosystem to deepen relationships within target accounts.
- Works with agency on event management and logistics.
- Maintains the Company's brand identity standards and ensures ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials.
- Oversees work of outside vendors to assure timely and accurate project completion.
- Assists in the development and implementation of internal Marketing Communications plans. Conducts research for implementation of marketing plans.
- Monitor budget for campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines.
- Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met, and deliverables meet specifications.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
