Sr. Producer - Social Content
A marketing and advertising agency is seeking a Sr. Producer with a focus on producing YouTube and social media video content. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative development, client service, and production management, and who's confident leading projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
This role is 40-hours a week for 6+ months with the potential to convert to salary. While there are no set in-office days, the Sr. Producer needs to be located in Austin and able to be onsite for content shoots and in-studio for content production.
The client they will be working with is located in San Francisco, so some travel may be required.
You will partner closely with our internal creative and production teams, the client's in-house leads, and external collaborators to bring product stories to life through compelling short-form content. Experience in gaming or adjacent industries is a plus but not required.
Client & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the senior day-to-day contact for the client team
- Build strong, collaborative relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and strategic guidance
- Translate business objectives into smart, executable creative briefs
- Navigate feedback and approvals with professionalism and efficiency
Project & Production Management:
- Lead the development of timelines, scopes of work, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee creative, production, and post-production workflows across multiple workstreams
- Manage a high volume of content deliverables, from social cutdowns to platform-specific edits
- Coordinate with internal producers, editors, designers, and motion teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Track progress, flag risks, and problem-solve as issues arise
Creative & Strategic Execution:
- Ensure all work ladders back to client goals, brand standards, and platform best practices
- Support scripting, storyboarding, and concept development as needed
- Guide teams in adapting creative to fit a variety of formats (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a creative agency, production company, or in-house content team
- Proven success managing branded content, social campaigns, or digital video projects
- Solid understanding of video production from pre through post (shoots, edits, motion, versioning)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and highly detail-oriented
- Interest in gaming, content creators, or tech culture is a plus
