The Role
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Leader by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the President's office.

Administrative Support: Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries (for domestic and international travel).
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and follow up on action items from meetings.
Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the President and stakeholders.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating company events and functions.
Project Management: Handle special projects as assigned by the Leader, ensuring timely completion.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of critical information and handle it with discretion.
Office Management: Be responsible for the daily operations of the Head of Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations office, including managing supplies and equipment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role within the same industry.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously, reacting and thinking quickly while cutting through ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Unrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of integrity and discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal/external partners.
Professional maturity and ability to efficiently work with all levels of management.
A self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
