Job Description:
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of IT experience and a strong understanding of both SDLC and Agile delivery models. This role requires deep technical knowledge in various areas, including Redhat Linux, IBM MQ/Kafka, SQL/Oracle DB, web technologies, microservices, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Java, Springboot, Node JS, and other web technologies.
- Design, implement, and manage microservice architectures using Redhat Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm Chart.
- Provide technical expertise in Redhat Linux, IBM MQ/Kafka, SQL/Oracle DB.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Artifactory, and Github Actions.
- Monitor infrastructure and application logs using tools like Dynatrace.
- Manage file transfer and scheduling software such as Autosys.
- Ensure security and resiliency of both infrastructure and applications.
- Conduct and manage Disaster Recovery (IT/DR) exercises.
- Navigate various application and regulatory audit processes.
- Deliver CCR (Currency, Capacity, and Refresh) projects, including infrastructure and application version upgrades.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Provide production support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery models.
- Proficiency in Redhat Linux, IBM MQ/Kafka, SQL/Oracle DB.
- Expertise in web technologies such as Java, Springboot, Node JS.
- In-depth knowledge of microservice architecture and containerization platforms (Redhat Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Chart).
- Familiarity with infrastructure and application log monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
- Experience with file transfer and scheduling software (e.g., Autosys).
- Strong background in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline deployment using Jenkins, Artifactory, Github Actions.
- Knowledge of security and resiliency requirements for infrastructure and applications.
- Experience in handling Disaster Recovery exercises.
- Understanding of various application and regulatory audit processes.
- Experience in delivering CCR projects is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Production support experience is a plus.
