PPE Customer Training Professional (Fall Protection/High Risk Work-sites)

As PPE Training Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to shape the customer training strategy and initiatives that will drive our organization's success. Your expertise in instructional design, training methodologies, and guidance will be crucial in helping our clients become more knowledgeable of and efficient with our Safety, regulatory compliance and high-risk worksite activities. You will work effectively wit multiple functions to ensure that design and delivery of curriculum and support certification requirements for business partners. As a Training Professional (Oil & Gas), you will work with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps in customer knowledge and skills.
You will report directly to our Customer Training Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Pasadena, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the customer experience by ensuring that our customers have the knowledge and skills to maximize the value of our products and solutions. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement development of eLearning or instructor led training courses based on technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop training content & curricula based on input from and the needs of the business
- Assess success and efficiency of the training
- Assess current training curriculum and updates as required
- Coordinate and deliver adult learning/training as well as best practices as needed and required
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring & auditing of training instructional design, coordination, delivery, and materials production

YOU MUST HAVE
* 5+ years adult training experience (ASP or CSP, CSST) in customer training or a related
* 3+ years of experience as a trainer/educator for technical products
* 3+ years of experience working in safety role
* Ability to climb at heights and be comfortable in confined spaces with inexperienced
customers and other personnel
* Knowledge of regulatory bodies (OSHA, ANSI, CSA) and requirements for safety at
heights
* Ability to travel 30% (domestic)
