Senior Creative Project Manager - Healthcare/Pharma

Position Overview
Our client, an agency south of Boston, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Experience in agency settings and with healthcare/pharma clients is preferred.

This is a full time position and requires 5 days on site in Norwood, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering projects on time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the Healthcare or Pharma industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Veeva or similar project management tools is desirable.
