Our healthcare client is looking for a Sr. Communications Specialist who is an expert in internal communications and PR to join their team, full-time!
This role is hybrid working in the Phoenix office and/or at local events (60% in office / onsite for events, 40% remote).
As the Sr. Communications Specialist you will:
- Provide internal support for external public relations vendors by aligning potential stories with partners or internal SMEs and obtaining required internal approvals.
- Plan editorial calendar, identify stories and co-write monthly articles for multiple newsletters
- Coordinate and plan communications for events
- Identify and write monthly articles
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with internal communications
- A strong background in PR and local connections to the media
- Experience coming up with unique stories and bringing them to life
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
