Overview of the role/project:
- Project - Will span across multiple projects. This Sr. BA will belong to one of the teams that supports a specific microservice.
- BA will be supporting a Regulation or Risk Reporting area in nature - projects could be ongoing or in flight.
Business Analyst will start by supporting one of the Regulations, could pick up down the line:
- FINRA
- SCC
- Electronic Blue Sheets
- Consolidated Audit Trail
- Non- financial regulatory report
Must Haves:
- 6-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Banking
- Domain Knowledge - convo with upstream systems and stakeholders (Products - Global markets, equities, rates, Fixed income)
- Suto code - plain English (basic logic in plain English)
- Basic SQL - Data analytics - look at the data themselves.
- Not highly technical just helpful for the BA to be able to talk the same language as the team
