Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Sales Process & Support
You will serve as a key support resource for the entire brand portfolio for your Sales teams. Responsible for master data integrity and system maintenance. Support and interact with other team members, Customer Category Business teams and other departments to accomplish key tasks and identify areas of improvement. Act as initial point of contact and subject matter expert for Trade Funds System (CAS), Reporting System (Spotfire) and Master Data questions. Work under general direction and coaching from manager regarding overall objectives and priorities.
Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)
Work Arrangements: Hybrid ~30% in office expectation
In this role you will:
Sales Process & Support
Support and act as key contact for multiple Sales teams supporting all Strategic Business Areas (SBA's)
Participate in conversations with Sales Organization to understand CAS needs and requirements
Collaborate with internal groups on Sales planning best practices, offering insights and recommendations
Listen and identify areas of improvement in our business process or system, gather requirements, document requirements and optimal solutions via Functional Design Documentation
Provide forward thinking mentality, specifically regarding Sales impact to CAS changes or system functionalities
Summarize complex technical issues for users in a clear and concise manner
Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to streamline system planning and execution activities
Work with minimal supervision to lead and deliver medium scale project work, including cross-functional improvement initiatives
Serve as Trade Fund reporting subject matter expert; support business users on functionality and provide insight on best reports to meet need
Support internal partners in developing consistent, repeatable processes and implementing improvements
Collaborate with users to troubleshoot system issues, analyze Sales impact and work closely with IS on resolution as needed
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with daily troubleshooting on cross-functional projects
Support Annual Restatement Process
Lead the collection and analysis of requests from key stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional team participants to review requests
Continuously improve existing process by offering and implementing improvements
Work with cross-functional business stakeholders in delivering key activities, particularly at Year End
Run Model
Assist in diagnosis & resolution of user issues through re-creation in test environments and issue research
Monitor & resolve data integration failures. Engage IS partners where necessary
Lead efforts in resolving critical business process issues

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of progressive business experience
Intermediate or advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, slicers, v-lookups, macros)
Experience utilizing business intelligence tools (from a reporting standpoint)
Analytical and Forward Thinking
